Eximbay payment issue with error codes


Currently some of our customers are rejected to send payments

with Eximbay due to error codes.


We are sorry to customer who has experienced payment issue.

We will fix this problem as soon as possible.


Customers who do not proceed with Eximbay card payment

Please use PayPal until Eximbay is back to normal.


Please check the method below for PayPal payment method.

SETP 1.

At the payment page, please choose PayPal as your payment method and click

“place order”








SETP 2.

When PayPal login page shows, click the 

“Pay with a Card”








SETP 3.

Please fill credit card information and billing address, and click

“Create Account & Continue”

button to finalize your payment.
